Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your RW&CO. fashion, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
