What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns can be made by mail or at any RW&CO. retail location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.
How do I find the right fit?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page to help you choose between our Slim, Tailored, and Athletic fits. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and RW&CO. gift cards. We also offer financing options through PayBright.
How should I care for my RW&CO. suits?
To maintain the quality and shape of your suits, we recommend dry cleaning only. Between wears, use a garment steamer to remove wrinkles and hang your suit on a wide-shoulder hanger.
